Rey Grimes, CMP, is the senior event specialist of communications at UL Research Institutes’ Chemical Insights. With a keen eye for detail, she oversees everything from concept development to vendor negotiations and on-site execution.

Rey holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Denver. With over a decade of leadership experience at Marriott International, Slalom Consulting, and Omni Hotels, she has successfully managed events and multimillion-dollar budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver organized experiences that align with business objectives.
