Tillman is the executive assistant supporting vice president and executive director, Dr. Russell Thomas, Ph.D., as well as UL Research Institutes’ Chemical Insights. She provides valuable assistance in budget planning, scheduling, liaising between internal and external partners, as well as other essential support tasks to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

She holds a B.S. in Biology, Pre-Medicine from Kennesaw State University. Tillman earned an MBA in January 2025 and is currently enrolled in the DBA program at Liberty University.
