A Closer Look at the Research Shared

The 2026 International Society of Exposure Science (ISES) Annual Meeting brought the exposure science community together in Vancouver for an exchange of new research and perspectives shaping the field. Scientists from UL Research Institutes’ Chemical Insights were pleased to bring their latest work into the wider conversation around some of today’s most pressing questions around chemical exposures.

With a full conference program, there is always more research than any one attendee can explore. Over the next few weeks, we will share highlights from our team’s research for those who were unable to attend and those who would like to revisit the insights presented at the meeting.

The research our team shared reflects the breadth of modern exposure science, with topics including chemical exposures associated with electric vehicle fires, consumer products, and dental 3D printing, as well as new approaches for interpreting biomonitoring and exposure data.

Check back here as new research highlights are added to the series.
