Tillman Fulcher, MBA, is the office manager supporting UL Research Institutes’ Chemical Insights. She provides valuable assistance in budget planning, scheduling, liaising between internal and external partners, as well as other essential support tasks to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

She holds a B.S. in Biology, Pre-Medicine from Kennesaw State University. Tillman earned an MBA in January 2025. She is currently enrolled in the D.B.A program at Liberty University with an emphasis on Strategic Management.
